What are Preregistered Classes?

They are a series of yoga classes or pilates classes that are designed to immerse you in a progressive manner. They are often areas of special interest or need. Preregistered classes require a commitment of 6-8 weeks.

Yoga for Pelvic Health

This gentle and slow paced yoga practice draw your attention to mindful contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor. You will explore body-mind connection through the co-ordination of breath and mindful movements. A gentle and mindful core strengthening movements will be practiced to promote pelvic stability and balance.
