This class is a traditional yoga class that holds true to the values and cultural teachings of the instructor, Virti, who was born, raised and trained in India. All skill levels are welcome to class. You will find that this class offers peaceful relaxation with slight challenges along the way.

This gentle and slow paced yoga practice draw your attention to mindful contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor. You will explore body-mind connection through the co-ordination of breath and mindful movements. A gentle and mindful core strengthening movements will be practiced to promote pelvic stability and balance.
