Yoga
Baby & Me Yoga
This class will give both parent and baby the opportunity to make the most of this precious time in life. Everyone will get the chance to stretch, move and relax while spending time together. This class allows parents to focus on baby when necessary; nursing, changing diapers, comforting your babe, while also getting time to focus on oneself. Candlelight Gentle Flow
This is a class to relax, unwind relieve tension in the body, heart, and mind. This class will combine mellow flowing sequence of classic hatha yoga with longer seated poses as well as breathing and relaxation exercises. A delightful way to end the week!

Chakra Yoga
This class allows participants to increase awareness of the energetic body, strengthen the mind-body connection and create a deep sense of inner peace. Yoga postures are practiced within the context of the seven major chakras. Each chakra has its own essence and system. Connect to your true self and relate to life and the world around you in a more connected, harmonious way. The chakras are explored in a variety of ways through the practice of physical postures, mantras, mudras, meditation and relaxation. This class will create greater strength and flexibility both spiritually and physically, bringing about an overall sense of peace and relaxation in body and mind.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga
This class is designed to help release tension and promote relaxation. Anyone suffering from injury or illness can learn techniques to help deal with pain and calm the mind. Throughout the class, we explore different breathing techniques and learn postures that are restorative and healing. In addition, we make use of various yoga props such as foam blocks and bolsters in order to increase the benefits of certain poses. The class finishes with a meditation. All levels are welcome.

Hatha Yoga
Join us in a class that will help you to strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. Whether you are trying to feel more comfortable in your body, cope with work related stress from, get in better shape or simply stretch tight muscles this hatha yoga class will help you achieve your goal. You will leave this class with a deep sense of relaxation, healthier breathing patterns and a body/mind that is completely free of tension.

Hatha Flow Yoga
A typical class includes balancing postures to improve the health of the nervous system, spine strengthening postures and deeper, nourishing stretches on the floor. In this class hatha postures are sequenced to allow fluid movement from one asana to the next. Modified versions of postures are offered makes this class suitable for beginners and people with injuries. More challenging options are also offered to more advanced students. Each class ends with a relaxation and often a story, visualization and/or mantra music.

Power Yoga
We will always make sure that you leave this class feeling challenged, invigorated and relaxed! Attending regular classes will strengthen core muscles; improve flexibility in the spine, increase breath capacity and awareness. This is a faster moving class that incorporates sun salutations as well as occasional inversions and challenging postures. Due to the vigorous nature and pace of the class we do not recommend it to our prenatal or injured clients. This class ends with various relaxation exercises from one week to the next.

Prenatal Yoga
Make the most out of this very special time in your life by taking part in this unique series of yoga postures and strengthening exercises specifically designed to increase your energy, stamina and sense of well-being during pregnancy. This class will also assist you in developing tone and the public for and the concentration necessary to help you with a successful labour and delivery. A special emphasis is placed on releasing tension in the hips, sacrum and shoulders.
Modifications are offered for each trimester to make this program appropriate for women at any stage of pregnancy.

Toddler & Me Yoga
Features: Suitable for Parents with toddlers age 2-4. Includes active story time and class interaction.
Learn fun ways to relax, breathe and exercise with your toddler right alongside you. Using stories and yoga poses, you and your toddler will learn proper body alignment, strengthen core muscles and explore stress relieving breathing exercises. This flow style class will appeal to the wandering attention span of a toddler, while helping to develop a sense of focus and determination. 1 parent per toddler.
Yin Yoga
Give your body the opportunity to fully rejuvenate in this relaxing yin yoga class. We will begin the class with a pranayama exercise, and invite a personal and group intention to open spiritual awareness. Hip opening postures are held longer than in a traditional hatha yoga class. Holding poses for 3-5 minutes encourages the connective tissue to feel more elastic, providing you with an increase of range of motion and a feeling of space within. This is a practice which stretches and re-balances even the most stubborn tendons, ligaments and fascia in the body. Old scar tissue melts away the muscles on both sides of the body are lengthened are brought into harmony. This class also encourages a release of blockages allowing energy to flow within our meridians.

This class is a combination of lively, flowing sequences, fun balancing postures, games, storytelling, theme activities, music, art and creative relaxation techniques. This class also helps kids explore ways to calm the mind and navigate through difficult emotions with visualization and breath work. Yoga for kids is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. This nurtures inner strength and self-acceptance. This class is suitable for children who are new to yoga and is a great way to unwind after a day at school.

Yoga for Men

Yoga for Runners
Poses in this class strengthen and stabilize muscles around the joints that tend to be vulnerable to injury. Muscles that tend to be chronically tight in the hips, hamstrings and calf get a beautiful stretch. The combination of this strengthening and stretching increases agility, focus and balance. Core consciousness will improve, creating better balance and healthier muscle recruitment patterns. Due to greater flexibility, runners can even expect to have a longer stride. Let us help you prevent injuries, run faster and longer by taking this great class!

Yoga for Seniors
Have fun while you strengthen, stretch and relieve tension in this gentle though energizing class! Participants can expect to increase their muscular strength, enjoy greater physical comfort, and improve their range of motion. Learn to breathe more deeply and lower your blood pressure without standing for long periods of time or sitting/lying on the floor. This class is a blend of tai chi, chair yoga and strength training with dumbbells. The class is always adapted to the fitness level and ability of those present.

Yoga for Teens
In Yoga for Teens students will build physical strength as they explore the vast world of yoga through a wide-range of yoga poses in a vinyasa flow style (linking breath with movement). Students will learn to use the breath as a tool to promote relaxation and focus. Yoga for teens has the following additional benefits:
- better posture, balance, concentration and coordination
- a longer attention span
- improved self-discipline, self-esteem, confidence and self-control
- a more balanced metabolism and better muscle tone
Most importantly, yoga for teens teaches us to relax and have fun!
All ages, backgrounds and body types are welcome!
Yoga Nidra
In Yoga Nidra, body, mind and spirit are taken into complete relaxation. While you may appear asleep, in this full relaxation the subconscious begins to blossom. The intention behind Yoga Nidra is to learn the ability to access total relaxation consciously. Occasionally, you may fall asleep, though the goal is to allow the mind to rest in a place between asleep and awake. In this place, your mind is fully receptive. Let your subconscious lead and your consciousness be the witness. This will allow you to infuse your deepest motives into your intentions, which manifest upon realization. As the mind creates a deeper relationship with the subconscious, you open the door to gain access to knowledge, creativity and truth within.

Ab Attack
Are you looking to tighten that tummy and increase your core strength? This is the class for you! Ab Attack class will primarily focus on increasing your core strength and endurance. Each exercise is based on time not number of repetitions, allowing for both beginners though to advanced clients to go at their own pace or push their limits. Utilizing our large muscle group to heat the body you will feel endurance and strength gains throughout the body. This class incorporates plyometric exercise, pilates and yoga relaxation to help maximize the benefit to your mind, body and soul.
Yogilates Level 1
This class is a fusion blend of yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility. Participation in this class will also increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body. Participants will learn the fundamentals of yoga and Pilates and receive a solid foundation for Yogilates Level 2. Each yogilates class concludes with one of a variety of relaxation techniques followed by mantra music. Busy people love this class because they can enjoy the benefits of yoga and Pilates at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome. In order to add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component to the Pilates portion of this class, students will use resistance equipment such as the magic circle, foam rollers, flex bands, mini stability balls and dumbbells.

Yogilates Level 2
Please feel free to ask your instructor if you might be ready for this level 2. Although this class moves at a slightly faster pace than level 1, the postures are all within a natural range of motion. Anyone with a basic understanding of the main yoga and Pilates principles can take part. Although more challenging than Yogilates Level 1, this class is adaptable to all levels and participants will be reminded of modifications provided in Yogilates Level 1. In order to add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component to the Pilates portion of this class, students will use resistance equipment such as the magic circle, foam rollers, flex bands, mini stability balls and dumbbells.
Features of this class: suitable for people who feel they need more challenge and variety than level I/includes energy enhancements/includes adjustments/if you are injured or pregnant, please ask your instructor if this is the right class for you/inversions occasionally included/occasional sun salutations
Pilates
Beginner Pilates
New to Pilates and would like to learn the fundamentals? This class is excellent for those who want to learn healthier movement patterns, how to breathe more deeply, use and deeper layers of their abdominals. In order to add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component, students will use resistance equipment such as the magic circle, foam rollers, flex bands, mini stability balls and dumbbells. No experience is needed!
Features of this class: suitable for beginners/includes energy enhancements/includes adjustments/suitable for chronic pain sufferers and non-acute injuries/may be unsuitable for osteoporosis and during certain stages of pregnancy (due to flexion exercises)/no inversions
Pilates Sculpt
Get a great workout while you enjoy this fun, fabulous Pilates class! This class kicks off with standing Pilates dance moves and then moves on to floor exercises that will strengthen, tone and stretch every muscle in your body. Have fun in this upbeat atmosphere with reggae music, creative choreography, and you will be smiling even while making you feel each and every muscle in your body like never before. You will feel like you are in some kind of dreamy Pilates boot camp class in the Bahamas! Due to the faster pace of this class, it is not appropriate for prenatal clients or those who are suffering from acute injuries or illnesses.

Strengthen & Tone
Participants can expect to strengthen their core and spine while they tone their entire body. Improved body awareness, deeper breathing, better balance and coordination are other side effects of this class. Everyone should be themselves and work at their own pace. This Pilates mat class is appropriate for those discovering the benefits of Pilates for the first time, but will also be appropriate for those who wish to immerse themselves further in the basics of Pilates exercise technique while enjoying a fun, safe workout. In order to add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component, students will use resistance equipment such as the magic circle, foam rollers, flex bands, mini stability balls and dumbbells.
