Flow Yoga

Expect to feel challenged, invigorated, and relaxed in Yoga Flow! Attending regular classes will strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility in your spine, and increase your breath capacity and awareness.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

This class is designed to help release tension and promote relaxation. Anyone suffering from injury or illness can learn techniques to help deal with pain and calm the mind.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A typical class includes balancing postures to improve the health of the nervous system, spine strengthening postures and deeper, nourishing stretches on the floor. In this class hatha postures are sequenced to allow fluid movement from one asana to the next.

Pilates Mat

Participants can expect to strengthen their core and spine while they tone their entire body. Improved body awareness, deeper breathing, better balance and coordination are other side effects of this class. This Pilates mat class is appropriate for those discovering the benefits of Pilates for the first time, but is also appropriate for those who wish to immerse themselves further in the basics of Pilates exercise technique while enjoying a fun, safe workout.

You can expect a fluid moving class that incorporates sun salutations, occasional inversions and challenging postures. With safe intelligent sequencing and fresh choreography each […]

Yin with Restorative Yoga

Give your body the opportunity to fully rejuvenate and repair itself in this relaxing yin yoga class combined with restorative poses. Holding poses for a longer period of time encourages the connective tissue to feel more elastic, providing you with an increase of range of motion and a feeling of space within.

Yin Yoga

Give your body the opportunity to fully rejuvenate in this relaxing yin yoga class. We will begin the class with a pranayama exercise, and invite a personal and group intention to open spiritual awareness. Hip opening postures are held longer than in a traditional hatha yoga class.

Yoga for Runners

No need to be a runner, this class is great for office workers or anyone who sits for long periods of time. Great for relaxing and stretching the lower body and opening the front of the body to help keep you open and balanced.

This class is a fusion blend of yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility. Participation in this class will also increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body. Each yogilates class concludes with one of a variety of relaxation techniques followed by mantra music.
