Yin with Restorative Yoga

Give your body the opportunity to fully rejuvenate and repair itself in this relaxing yin yoga class combined with restorative poses. Holding poses for a longer period of time encourages the connective tissue to feel more elastic, providing you with an increase of range of motion and a feeling of space within.

This class is a fusion blend of yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility.
