Pilates Barre

Pilate Barre is a challenging and fun fitness class that focuses on impactful, deliberate movement designed to build strength and tone muscle using the barre in combination with free weights, bands and other equipment for resistance. This class uses the ballet barre for about half the class, focusing on ballet like fitness techniques and then transfer to the mat for Pilates Mat exercises. 
These challenging combinations, and movements will push your fitness limits and challenge you to go deeper into each exercise.
Modifications are available from our seasoned instructors.
