Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means “to place something in a special way,” meaning an asana or yoga posture. In Vinyasa yoga, movement is coordinated with breath to “flow” from one pose to the next. You can expect a fluid moving class that incorporates sun salutations, occasional inversions and challenging postures. With safe intelligent sequencing, you will leave feeling challenged, invigorated and renewed. Attending regular classes will strengthen your core muscles, balance, improve flexibility as well as increase breath capacity and awareness. Due to the vigorous nature and pace of the class we do not recommend it to our prenatal or injured clients.
