This class is a fusion blend of yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility. Participation in this class will also increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body. Each yogilates class concludes with one of a variety of relaxation techniques followed by mantra music. Busy people love this class because they can enjoy the benefits of yoga and Pilates at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome. In order to add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component to the Pilates portion of this class, students will use resistance equipment such as the magic circle, foam rollers, flex bands, mini stability balls and dumbbells.
