You will be fully supported in the poses by lots of props such as straps, bolsters, blocks and blankets to gently open up the body, calm your mind and melt any stress away.

You will learn 30+ postures, how to safely practice them for your body and how to modify each to safely and confidently attend a wide range of yoga classes.
This gentle and slow paced yoga practice draw your attention to mindful contraction and relaxation of the pelvic floor. You will explore body-mind connection through the co-ordination of breath and mindful movements. A gentle and mindful core strengthening movements will be practiced to promote pelvic stability and balance.
