Bellyfit
Bellyfit is  moving women in a way that is strong, sexy and sacred. By blending the power & wisdom of ancient practices, with the research, technology and trends of the modern world, Bellyfit classes offer much more than just ‘a workout’. Intelligently designed by women, for women, Bellyfit classes offer a full body, full of spirit, extraordinary exercise experience inspired by dance, fitness and Yoga.
 
 
Barre Yoga Fusion

A ballet barre inspired class that is a fusion of Barre and Yoga. In this class, we will be focusing on our breath and strength to create long, lean muscles while bringing relaxation to the mind. Expect to sweat, stretch and have fun with this flow. Modifications and props will be given and no experience is necessary.

Yogilates

This class is a fusion blend of yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength, balance and flexibility. Participation in this class will also increase stamina, focus the mind and tone the entire body. Each yogilates class concludes with one of a variety of relaxation techniques followed by mantra music.

Busy people love this class because they can enjoy the benefits of yoga and Pilates at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome. In order to add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component to the Pilates portion of this class, students will use resistance equipment such as the magic circle, foam rollers, flex bands, mini stability balls and dumbbells.
