Mission statement

Our mission at Feel Good Yoga and Pilates is to offer a wide variety of classes and an exquisite place of refuge for everyone from the experienced yogi to the person with chronic pain who has never stepped into a Yoga or Pilates class before. All our instructors are highly trained, compassionate, creative individuals selected carefully from our own teacher training programs. A hallmark characteristic of our classes is the inclusivity.
We also design and deliver high-quality, interactive Yoga and Pilates teacher training programs that provide graduates with the skills to teach fun, safe classes that promote healing and excellent body mechanics. All classes and teacher training programs are taught in a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental environment. We strive to support and encourage our students through compassion and humour.
Our values are gratitude, compassion, respect, ethics, professionalism and lifelong learning.
Specific yoga styles available at Feel Good Yoga & Pilates include: hatha yoga, flow yoga, prenatal, postnatal, seniors yoga, yoga fusion, yogilates, and gentle restorative therapeutic yoga. Our studio also offers pilates and pilates fusion classes using a wide variety of props and small resistance equipment. Yoga and pilates classes are available for beginners as well as more advanced participants. Those wishing to deepen their knowledge still further can participate in our yoga and pilates teacher training courses.
